Accidents are easily captured in a step-by-step process, which asks guided questions and only shows relevant questions ensuring quality information is captured as quickly as possible. After the accident has been reported, track next steps to ensure required accident testing is completed.
There is a lot of noise and sifting through it is difficult, which is why there are customizable events. The events can be configured for each of the different behavioral categories and will automatically create events if the event criteria is greater than equal to the set threshold in a given time interval. This way only the most important behavior is flagged.
Driver Safety was built with analytics at the forefront of the product, which translates into rich and valuable insights that were otherwise not possible. Each entity in the product has their own analytics section to provide trends and actionable direction. See a breakdown of drivers’ scores and what are leading risk factors, the most common and highest severity events, and measure the effectiveness of coaching sessions and safety trainers.
Associated events with coaching so the unwanted behavior can be reviewed with the drivers and rectified. Coaching sessions will inherit all the activity making up the event so the safety trainer can easily reference it during the coaching session. Additionally, the safety trainer can manage their schedule through a simple workflow, which also supports the documentation of driver receptiveness to the coaching session.
As events and coaching sessions are created and associated with a driver, they are all linked back to the driver’s profile. This creates a historical log of all critical interactions with the driver to either defend or terminate the driver.
